How to distinguish between rhinitis and cold

Any patients are often asked about sneezing and a runny nose, is suffering from allergic rhinitis or a cold? How to distinguish between the two? Identification of allergic rhinitis and the common cold differences:

1、 many of the onset of allergic rhinitis has a significant seasonal, spring, fall is a high-fat period, by some caused by allergens. The incidence of flu is not a degree of seasonality, but the incidence caused by a virus, a bacterial infection;

2、 allergic rhinitis is a chronic, recurrent, sustained a few days to heal, symptoms limitations, is generally not accompanied by systemic symptoms.
